Wayne has over 20 years of experience working in education, teaching and sports.
After obtaining and upper 2nd class honours in Physical Education he then taught in a range of secondary schools between 1992-2001, rising to Head of Physical Education Department posts in two schools. In 2001 he developed the post of Partnership Development Manager in Rochdale working with 36 primary and 8 secondary schools. This partnership became one of the most successful partnerships in the country offering a wide range of staff training and student competition, developing a number of unique examples of national good practice/sector leading activities.
As well as organising teacher training he has developed a wide range of experience personally delivering teacher training and was a national trainer for TOPS Games, Athletics and Gymnastics programmes.
In 2011 he undertook the role of Regional PE and School Sport Manager for both Flintshire and Wrexham where working with over 144 primary and secondary schools across both authorities he was able to offer strategic assistance to raise PE achievement and teaching standards across Key Stages 1-4.
As well as his teaching and teacher training experience he has a wide range of Club Coach Level 2 National Governing Body Qualifications and have been able to work on a wide range of successful funding bids to assist both schools and clubs to apply for funding.
All of this experience has helped him develop the Maths In Motion programme over a two year period working alongside Maths and PE coordinators.
Graham has been delivering and developing PE and school sport in Primary schools since 2005.
He is currently the Managing Director of All4Sports Coaching Ltd. He founded the company in 2008 and has serviced over 100 different Primary schools over the last eleven years.
As well as teaching children PE, training teachers and school staff, running afterschool clubs and Holiday Sports camps, he has worked in consultancy roles to help schools develop their school sport provision on various levels from planning and budgeting to implementing a lasting legacy of PE.
As well as having 15 years experience in teaching he has a number of qualifications in sports coaching as well as various level 2 and Level 1 NGB awards in many different sports.
He has teamed up with Wayne to help develop the most comprehensive, purely physical, maths PE programme in the UK.
